This Quarterly Report summarizes GHSC-PSM's activities and outcomes for Year 3, Quarter 3, April 1 to June 30, 2018. In this quarter, GHSC-PSM procured and delivered $194 million in health commodities, expanded its country presence to 33 field offices by adding Sierra Leone, and achieved a 73 percent average on-time delivery rate.
