Jamey Butcher, Acting IDIQ Director

Jamey Butcher has more than two decades of experience in international development and has served across a variety of roles and regions. Mr. Butcher currently leads Chemonics' Strategic Communications and Solutions Division and previously served as Senior Vice President of the East Africa region. He also led and participated in a number of business development initiatives for both the former Global Division and the Europe and Eurasia region. Mr. Butcher received an M.A. from American University in international political economy and a B.A. in political science from Colorado State University.

A supply chain management expert with 15 years of experience managing multi‐country programs, Mr. Ndoye has supported reproductive health commodity procurement efforts funded by USAID, the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria, WHO, DfID, the World Bank, and UNICEF in West Africa, East Africa, and the Caribbean.
