A description of services requested
The Global Health Supply Chain program - Procurement and Supply Management (GHSC-PSM) project, a USAID program implemented by Chemonics International in Haiti, has released Request for Proposals (RFP) No. Haiti-3PL-WRH-001 to solicit proposals from eligible third party logistics (3PL) subcontractors able to rapidly and responsibly provide warehouse management services for health commodities in the existing GHSC-PSM Fleuriot Warehouse in Port-au-Prince, Haiti.

- On March 11th, an additional amendment to the RFP was released; it can be viewed here.
- On March 22nd, a second amendment was made to the RFP with an accompanying Annex covering responses to bidder questions.
- On April 2nd, a third amendment was made to the RFP with an accompanying Annexes that describe how to make a financial proposal (Annex 2), answer more bidder questions (Annex 8), provide the slides from the bidders conference (Annex 9), and show photos of the warehouse (Annex 10).
